Dear CCA Parents,

Charlotte Chinese Academy (CCA) is a non-profit company. Each year CCA relies on corporate match funds from Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Vanguard and other corporations to support its education services. It is the time of year again that we need your help to take advantage of the match fund program.

What you contributed to CCA could be matched by your employer. For example, if you are a Wells employee and paid $250 to CCA for school year 2009-2010, then Wells will match $250 to CCA after you elect the match gift. The match fund is a significant part of CCA's annual budget. It helps to keep the personal tuition contributions at a very manageable level. Your kindly help is greatly needed and appreciated.

Here are the steps for Wells and Bank of America employees to elect the program. It is only few clicks and takes a minute.

For parents who are Wells employees:

1. Go to HR online;
2. Click "WE Give (matching gifts)" on the right side blow "Other HR Sites"
3. Click "Matching Gifts";
4. Click "Submit a New Request";
5. Our school name is: Chinese Academy Inc. The school ID is 0002498.

For parents who are BofA employees:

1. Go to http://www.bankofamerica.com/foundation/index.cfm?template=fd_matchinggift
2. Click on "Associate: Apply for a Matching Gift" at the bottom of the page
3. Enter your person number and password
4. In the left panel, there is a "Search for Your Organization" section. Enter "Chinese Academy" for Keywords, "North Carolina" for State, and "Matching gifts" for Type, then click on Search button
5. It will return some results. Please choose the details about CCA as listed.

6. After submission, please click on "Generate Receipt for Nonprofit Organization."
7. Forward it through email to: chen.wang@wachovia.com so that CCA can get the matching gift from BOA for the fund.
